03:08 am: Ok, it's now April
Well, I never did update my trip to Vegas...kinda dumb to now I guess. Either way, we'll just say it was a blast! I was in Miami a couple weeks for work. Miami is absolutely beautiful! A few of us in the district went down there with home office people to set the floorset for the entire company. Aventura Mall is awesome! They have absolutely everything in there! We never did get to see Miami Beach during the daytime, but at night even, it was great! The first night we got there, it was pretty late. We were going to go to South Beach to Mansion to see Junior Vasquez, but we never made it. The next night, we went to the strip and ended up at the Clevelander...that was pretty cool. Apprently MTV does stuff there sometimes. We were only in Miami for 3 days, so I def need to go back sometime!

I'm typing this so late cuz I had a summer floorset in my store tonight. Took way longer than I'd like it t have...but it's all good. I guess it's about time for bed! Later kids!

06:03 pm: Update from Vegas!
Well, it's now Tuesday night...we're actually going home tomororw. I can't even believe it! This week has gone by sooo fast! I guess I'll kinda do a summary of each night real fast.

Friday:
Arrived in Vegas about a half hour early....that was a long ass flight, but it was great. No turbulence whatsoever. We got to our hotel, the Imperial Palace...wow....interesting! Everyone was definately having a great time. People walking through the hotel and the streets for that matter with tns of alcohol. Everyone was either carrying a beer or a huge bong drink. Can't wait to get one of those!!

We got settled into our room, played a couple slots. I think I actually won a little bit that day. Then we went to the shops at Ceasar's Palace. Wow...what a beautiful place! Mostly all upscale stores in there...and of course, Express was there too...but remodeling. So it wasn't open. Boooo...hehe. After that we came back and got ready to go out.

We went to Studio 54 which was in the MGM Grand Hotel..which of course was very nice as well. We took the Las Vegas Monorail there. Pretty cool club. 2 levels. Great music. The started out with 70's music and worked it's way up. Went to some 80's and the straight to house and hip hop...pretty good mix I'd say. It kept me dancing all night! There was also some acrobatic type things going on in there as well. The had people swinging around and doing flips above the crowd which was pretty darn cool too. I took a video with my camera phone, so hopefully I can post it later!

Well, this is the first update...more to come! Young just informed me that he's hungry and we're leaving now. Hehe...I can't agree more!

05:58 am: Long time no see!
Ok I know. I haven't updated in....hmmm...I don't even know! Well, this is an important update I'd say! It's only 6am right now. OMG...6am? Haha...well, tonight was a good night! Thanks Ralphy, Barry and Chris! We had a blast! I can't believe I'm getting home this late..er...early..but it's all good! The important update I need to leave is about what's going on tomorrow...I mean today! We're leaving for Las Vegas!! I soo can't wait! I really want to try gambling this week, but I'm scared as hell. So we'll see! Slot machines are probably gonna be my most daring thing I do. But it's all good. I'll give you updates later as I'm there...hopefully. Jeremy's bringing his laptop, so we should have internet access. Here's the people going on the trip: Young, Jeremy, Angela, Mike, Dan, Matt and Von...and Von's new bf. So it should be a blast! Well, since i have slept at all yet, I guess I better get a little bit since I have to be at Young's house at 9am to leave for the airport. Damn, that's hella early! Oh well. Here we go!!

02:30 am: Long overdue update
Sorry guys for not updating in forever! I just kinda haven't felt like it! The last time I posted, it was about NYC...well, I'm just gonna post a link to Jeremy's NYC entry...he pretty much sums up the trip right there! Of course some instances of the trip were different from my viewpoint...but you'll get the gist! Jeremy's Entry

Unfortunately, I had to work today. I was orginally supposed to have it off, but my DM decided not to key my 2 new managers in training on Friday. So I had to change the entire schedule so that she could come do it Monday instead. Ugh. I was annoyed! I guess I should complain though....I have 4 days off in a row this week! Woohoo! Tuesday-Friday I'm off. I see lots of sleep in my future!

I may work at Lynnhaven though on Thursday or Friday. The men side's last day of business is Wednesday, so they have to transfer out whatever merchandise is leftover. The women side was supposed to move to their temp space that weekend also, but as usual, there was some trouble with the lease. So now they're moving around Feb 7th. Bad though. The women side was counting on moving, so the store looks half empty. Now they have to fake it out for the next 2 weeks.

Anyways, it's time for bed! Gotta work at 8am!!! G'night!

08:10 pm: Midnight Bus to NYC!
Ok, I should be packing for my trip, but I decided to go ahead and update this doo-hickey since I haven't in a bit! And yes...I did say trip! It's called NYC! I'm so excited! I've been wanting to go back forever and now just seemed like a great time! Jeremy and I are actually taking a bus right into Chinatown that leaves from Va Beach. It's pretty darn cheap too! $60 roundtrip! No hassle....don't have to worry about finding a place to park...pay for parking, pay for tolls, etc. So anyways, I can't wait! Here's what I think our agenda is....club-wise atleast!

Friday: Crobar with Deep Dish spinning
Saturday: Roxy NYC with Manny Lehman
Sunday: Avalon with Demarko (whoever that is!)

Plus I think we'll check out Therapy while we're there also. I want to go to Splash Bar, but not sure how we'd fit that in!

Ok, I need to go pack damnit!!

10:11 am: Molestation
Haha...I forgot to mention my molestation experience from Friday night. We were gonna "try" to be different and go to 90's night at the Wave...but of course. There was 10 people in the whole bar! What's up with that? I LOVE 90's music! Who wouldn't want to dance to C&C Music Factory, La Bouche and Technotronic! Exactly! You gotta move this! You gotta move that! Anyways, nuff said. So we went to the Garage...a trip there, always proves to be interesting. hmmm....but for some scary reason, I always have a good time! LOL I got molested like 3 times. Nothing unusual there I guess either. Oh yeah! I also forgot to mention I got 2 dozen roses at work on Friday too! I have NEVER gotten flowers before! So that was pretty cool! Eddie, a friend of mine, sent them. It was a thank you for inviting him and his friends to our New Year's party, LINK 1 LINK 2. So that was sweet, it made my day! Anyways, time to get ready for work again! Lata!

09:54 am: Sunday morning. I hate working Sundays! Atleast today, I don't have to be at work until 11:00. Makes it a little bit easier to go out on a Saturday night. Last night was fun. The music pretty much sucked as usual! We went to the diner after the club, so we got home pretty late. Probably 4:00 or 4:30 or so I think is when I got here. All I have to say is that this water is awesome! LOL I was sooo thirsty! Haha anyways. We're setting up for our semi semi semi annual sale tonight at work. LOL...which it should be good actually! I did a few things last night to help ease the setup. I'm not all about staying at Express all night to do this! Either way, I get off at 8:00. Derek, my new wonderful employee, is having a dinner party tonight. It should be fun...though I hate wine...but that's ok. I know Young will love it. LOL Him and his bf live in Port Warwick, so I'm excited to see their house. Must be nice to be an engineer and be able to live there! Guess I better go get ready! Later kids!

03:52 am: Insomnia
Ok, it's 3:52am. Why the hell am I up? It's a damn good thing I don't work til 1:00PM!! Today was pretty uneventful I guess you could say. I went in for a meeting this morning at work and ended up staying til almost 1:00. On my day off no less! UGH! Oh well. Then I came home and slept most of the day. Which I needed. I hadn't recovered quite from the weekend. Between New Year's Eve....which was AWESOME! I love our parties! This time we had around 80 people come to it. Everyone had a great time and the clean up wasn't too bad! My friend Martin got sick...which was fine...cuz we both had the same shirt on! Damn him! LOL j/k Martin! I'm still waiting for Tony to put the pics up from the party. Jennifer already has some on the Trife Tour website. LOL...the pics aren't too graphic, but we did end up having a naked boy dancing! Haha...it was great!

Ok, I'm got off subject there! So after my nap, Justin, my cousin, and I went to Friday's to have a drink for my new manager's birthday. Then after that, we went to Chachy's house to watch Collateral....it was a good movie I would say! I enjoyed it. We were still drinking off the liquor that was left over from New Year's, so we were feeling pretty good. Justin and I, then decided to go to the Corner Pocket and play some pool and have another drink. Just as I suspected...there was noone there. Frank, the owner, and Warren were there of course. And to other people too. Which is all good. We just wanted to play pool and drink! Then after that, we came home. Anyways, I'm gonna quit this entry while I can! Later!

12:41 pm: Wow
I guess it's time to add another posting to this journal thingy. LOL. I'm sitting here burning complimentary CD's made by DJ Krod for the party. They're pretty good actually! It's basically the music he played at my birthday party. Tomorrow is gonna be even bigger than that! Should be sooo much fun! I've gotta go today or tomorrow to grab some New Year's decorations and also a Birthday banner for Jeff also. Since his was on the 28th! We're celebrating it the same day as the party though. Anything else going on right now? hmmm...not that I can really think of. Same old stuff. Anyways, I guess I should start getting ready for work. BLAH!

11:02 am: Back to work I guess
Well, I guess it was nice while it lasted! Back to work today unfortunately! The snow did atleast delay our opening for a couple hours. See ya on the flip side!

05:57 pm: It's beginning to look a lot like x-mas! Even though it's over!
Haha....yeah, X-mas is over, but we just got a ton of snow! Better a day later than never! I figure I'll post a few pics of it here. I'm trying to decide if I want to venture out to Chachy's house. They're having dinner now and a movie later. Hmmm...we'll see. A little snow and ice never scared me!

02:23 pm: X-Mas shopping
Ok, it's 2:23 in the afternoon...I'm supposed to be already out of the house and doing my x-mas shopping. Of course....I'm procrastinating as usual!! It's just nice to have a day off for once! I'll be so glad when the holidays are going to be over! Then I can take a vacation myself!

The good thing is that there's some upcoming events that should be good! New Year's party at Tony's! Woohoo! A party in NN you say? What?!!! And number 2, Angela wants to go to NYC around Jan 14th...so that should be awesome also. Anyways, I better go jump in the shower!

12:22 pm: First post!
Ok, I figure I may as well somewhat jump on the bandwagon. Though, I KNOW, I won't totally keep up with this! But I'll try! I'm procrastinating as usual. Gotta work today from 1-10. On a freakin Sunday. Ugh...I so can't wait til the holidays are over! Last night was fun. We went to Brad's X-mas party. Always known to be lots of fun! This year was a tad bit more tame, but seeing Brad's grandmother, Mimi, drunk, was hilarious! And an old queen in leather pants and a dog collar....it was pretty priceless! Afterwards, we went to the Wave and danced and actually had a good time! Which I always do! For once, I actually enjoyed the music! And I didn't have to be drunk to do it! Anyways. Guess it's time to get ready for work! Looks like we'll be doing Cactus afterwards :-D
